These terms describe the current UK service and the care you need to take when using it.

What momry does

momry helps a household organise plans, preparation, to-dos, reminders, shopping and shared family information. It is a life-admin tool, not an emergency, medical, legal or financial service.

Review before saving

Interpretation can be wrong or incomplete. Review names, dates, times, ownership, recurrence and reminders before you save. Only information you confirm becomes active.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a plan, reminder or suggested preparation is accurate and suitable for your family.

Family access

Only invite people you trust with the household information you choose to share. A new member waits for approval before they can read the household. Owners control household membership and access.

Original captures, private plans and unconfirmed work remain with their author unless that author explicitly moves confirmed work into the household.

Reminders and connected features

Notifications, calendar entries, weather guidance, travel estimates and synchronisation depend on the device, its permissions, network access and external services. They can be late, unavailable or inaccurate, so do not use momry as the only record for something safety-critical.

Bin collections use the schedule entered and confirmed in momry. The app does not promise an automatic council schedule or council-provider connection.

Offline and synchronisation

The app can keep local changes while offline and attempts to synchronise them after reconnection. Foreground sync is designed to be prompt, but background delivery and an exact arrival time are not guaranteed.

A replacement device can restore information configured for sync that reached the signed-in account and remains available to it. Information that never finished synchronising may still exist only on the original device.

Account access and deletion

Keep access to your sign-in method secure. If you leave a household, server access to that household ends. A device that is offline may remove its cached copy after it reconnects and learns of the change.

You can request account deletion in Settings. The ordinary deletion flow gives the same account 30 days to sign in and cancel before private account information is removed. Confirmed family history remains with the household without the deleted account attached.
